NICS bring their 2014 series of Rapidplays to an end on Sunday 22nd June.
The usual venue at Maynard Sinclair Pavilion.
The format will be a "Lackadaisical" afternoon of 6 rounds.
Fee on the day: £10 (£2 discount if entered by 10.00 pm on Friday 20th June)
Prizes for final event: Guaranteed first prize of £50, guaranteed second prize and grading prize (if there are 18 or more entries, a second grading prize will be added. Grading band(s) to be determined on the day)

- 15 minutes each player (no increments)
- Registration from 12.45 pm
- 1st round to start at 1.30 pm sharp
- Final round to end at approx 5.00 pm
- Rules: FIDE and UCU
Grand Prix Awards
After the day's prizewinners have been rewarded, the NICS Grand Prix prizes will also be offered. The prize fund has been accumulating from contributions in each Rapidplay of the series. Prizegiving to finish no later than 5.30 pm
