6. Proposed Resolutions

1: Membership dues to be levied against current or past members who play one or more rated games during a season. The benefit of any number of free rated games per season to be available only to those who are not and who have never been members of the UCU.

2: Membership only granted to players who are of good standing with the UCU. Any player who has outstanding dues for any past UCU event, or who has previously defaulted on a membership payment to be barred from entering any future UCU event and not listed as a member on the UCU rating list until outstanding monies owed to the UCU are paid in full.

3: The UCU should publish in full the content of all correspondence it receives from internal and external sources, with appropriate measures taken to ensure that this content is published without identifying the author or the naming of any person within it.
