Venue: The Pavilion Sports Facility, Stormont Estate

Format: 6 round swiss. It is an open tournament.

Entry Fee: £20 (£15 if made prior to Wednesday 25th May 2016)

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1.00pm ON FRIDAY 27TH MAY 2016. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.

Time Control: 75 minutes per player with 15 second increment per move

Round 2: 14.00 - 17.00 Sat 28th

Round 3: 18.00 - 21.00 Sat 28th

Round 4: 10.00 - 13.00 Sun 29th

Round 5: 14.00 - 17.00 Sun 29th

Round 6: 18.00 - 21.00 Sun 29th

Sections: there will be 2 sections - the Nemtzov Cup (over 1600) and Henderson Cup (under 1600)

Prizes: Prize fund will be formulated and published on day 1
