Each day will comprise of well structured tutorials mixed with
practical and fun games, puzzles and mini competitions.
We will be teaching the game of chess in easy enjoyable steps. You
will learn the moves and some of the strategies of Chess. A game that
teaches planning, logic, problem solving.

If you know the rules and would like to learn more we will cover
tactics, analysing a move, solving problems.

If you are a good player we will provide coaching to improve your
play and develop your own plan of studying for the future.

Lots of chess fun including: Mini tournaments, puzzle solving.
Studying Great Masters. Endgame Studies. Coaching from top Ulster
Chess Players.

Pre-registration required. Closing date 1st August. Price £15 for the
course. (Cheques payable to Ulster Chess Union)  Please send name,
address, school, age, Chess level – Total Beginner, Knows the rules,
regular player.
Limited Numbers Book early to avoid disappointment.
