- The Ulster Chess Union has secured the services of Nigel Short GM for a thirty board simultaneous display in Belfast. The event will take place on the Thurs 19th February at the R.B.A.I common hall (Inst) situated between the Black-Man building and Jury’s hotel, first moves 6:45pm sharp.
