Format: 6 round swiss
Entry Fee: £20 (£15 if made prior to Wednesday 22nd May 2019). Players must be registered with UCU or ICU.
ALL Players MUST REGISTER to play in advance. Registration will close on Friday 24th May 5:00pm - Contact tournament director to register (Mark Newman 07872544868).
In the event of players finishing on equal points a tie-breaking system will be applied for titles and prize monies. (First tie-break will be Median Buchholz followed, if necessary, by Buchholz, then most wins and then progressive scores.)
Time control:
1 hour 30minutes and 30 seconds increment. All moves must be recorded.
Players will be defaulted if they arrive more than 30 minutes after the start of the round.
Timetable: Saturday, Sunday & Monday 25th, 26th, 27th May 2019
Check-in: 9.15am - 9.45am. 1st round start time 10.00am.
1st Round Draw: 9.45-9.50am

Sections: there will be 2 sections - the Nemtzov Cup (over 1600) and Henderson Cup (under 1600) The actual format/rating split will be subject to number of entries.
