Venue: Queen's University Belfast, Students' Union Snack Bar (3rd Floor Students Union).
Format: 6 round swiss. It is an open tournament.
Entry Fee: £20 (£15 if made prior to Wednesday 3rd May 2017)
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1.00pm ON FRIDAY 5TH MAY 2017. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.
Time Control: 70 minutes per player with 30 second increment per move (record all moves).

Round 1: 10.00 - 13.00 Sat 6th
Round 2: 14.00 - 17.00 Sat 6th
Round 3: 18.00 - 21.00 Sat 6th
Round 4: 10.00 - 13.00 Sun 7th
Round 5: 14.00 - 17.00 Sun 7th
Round 6: 18.00 - 21.00 Sun 7th
Sections: there will be 2 sections - the Nemtzov Cup (over 1600) and Henderson Cup (under 1600) The actual format will be subject to number of entries.
Prizes: Prize fund will be formulated and published on day 1
