Another fantastic evening competition organised by Brendan Jamison

The Belfast Rapidplay Championships were held on 28 April 2017 in the Good Shepherd Centre on the Ormeau Road, with a total of 36 players competing across three closely fought sections. Spread over 5 rounds each player had 20 minutes on the clock with a 5 minute break in-between rounds to enjoy the snacks and soft drinks from the refreshments corner!

With three sections. A Junior all play all. An intermediate and Senior five round swiss. A beautiful venue - The Good Shepherd Centre and some superb organisation.

Here is a summary of the results for a full report see Brendans report at  : http://www.chessni.co.uk/belfastrapidplaychampionships.html
