Exciting new chess club to open at The Strand Arts Centre, Belfast. Every Sunday. The opening day 5th February 2017. Setup and run by Ross Harris in conjunction with the Ulster Chess Union.

Belfast will have a new childrens chess club from 5th February. Setup and run by Ross Harris in conjunction with the Ulster Chess Union. Come and learn to play or improve your game.

STRAND CHESS CLUB

**New Weekly Chess Club For Children**
Venue: Strand Arts Centre, Belfast
Day: Every Sunday
Time: 15:30 – 17:30
Cost: £2 for 1 child, £3 for family (2 or more children)

  • weekly chess club dedicated to children providing a fun and safe environment to learn and play chess
  • free coaching available for all children
  • club ladder and competitions
  • tactics / puzzles leaderboard
  • all children welcome regardless of ability
