  1. That the UCU Membership fee is increased to £25 per year for Adults £10 per year for under 16.  (proposed D Cunningham seconded D Lavery
  2. That the annual £50 club fee be discontinued  (proposed D Cunningham seconded D Lavery)
  3. The financial assistance to the Ulster Champion participating in the British championships be capped at £200 (proposed D Cunningham seconded R Harris)

Under the constitution, the Executive Board must be composed of at least 5 members including
the officers.
