Ross Harris awarded National Arbiter title

Our second National Arbiter - Ross Harris was awarded the title after completing the training and gaining two Arbiter norms.

Congratulations to Ulster Chess Union President Ross Harris who has now been awarded the title of National Arbiter (NA) by the Irish Chess Arbiters Association (ICAA) and the World Chess Federation (FIDE)

Brendan Jamison continues to train more Arbiters and with two NA's Richard Gould and Ross Harris we should be able to get more NA's. and look at having more FIDE rated tournaments.

Many thanks to Ross Harris, Richard Gould and Brendan Jamison for continuing this brilliant development in Ulster Chess.
