FORMAT
- Open to players of all range of abilities
- Players may enter in advance or on the day
TIME LIMIT
- Each player has 25 minutes plus a 3 sec increment per move in each game
ENTRY FEE £10
- Free entry to titled players (e.g. GM, IM, FM), under-18s, newcomers to UCU competitions
TIMETABLE
- Registration from 9.20 a.m. to 9.50 a.m.
- First round draw at 9.55 a.m.3 rounds in the morning between 10.00 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.
- Lunch interval 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.
- 3 rounds in the afternoon between 2.30 p.m. and 6.00 p.m.
- Players arriving after the first round draw has been made will be given a half point travelling bye for round 1 and will enter the competition in round 2.
