Muhtarim-El Haque wins the first Ulster Cyber Rapid Championship
The Ulster Chess Union Cyber competitions continue with the Cyber Rapid Championship. Held on Sunday 5th April.
Congratulations to our 3 winners at tonight’s Ulster Cyber Rapid #001. We had 61 competing. Muhtarim-El Haque won the first Ulster Cyber Rapid Championship with 39 points, followed by Alex Goss in second place with 38 points. Adam won 3rd place with 36 points, with Michael Waters also finishing on an impressive 36 points.
We welcomed back many of our overseas players, notably Nikhil Joshi, playing from Canada, and the 2018 Ulster Champion Thomas Donaldson competing from London.
