Final week of the Winter Tournament coming up.

How do the players stand. Will there be any fight offs or are the positions settled? We have had some 21 weeks of chess and with week 22 on monday 22nd March 2021 the positions are finalised.

The current positions with one game to go are:

Overall 1st Danny Roberts 85.7%

Overall 2nd Michael Hood 70.6%

Section 1 1st Alex Goss 52.8%

Chased by Chris Kelly on 46.2% if Chris wins and Alex looses on monday they will draw on 50%.

Section 2 1st Chris Armstrong 61.9%

Chased by Adrian Dornford-Smith 50% and Joseph Gunning 47.4%. However Chris' lead cant be catched. Joseph and Adrian will be fighting for 2nd place.

Section 3 1st David Corr 52.3%

Chased by Paul Anderson 45.5% and if Paul wins and David looses they will both share 2nd place on 50%.

On Monday 29th March we will have a fun 10min active 5 round tournament followed by a Zoom meeting to celebrate the tournament and congratulate the winners.
