Fisherwick Tournament 1999/2000

This continuous tournament was played on Monday nights at the Fisherwick Club throughout the winter and finished on the 10th April.

Run on similar lines to the summer tournament at Civil Service, players had to play at least 12 games and compete on 2 out of the last 3 nights. The winning percentages were:

Winner Richard McMaster P21 W18 L2 D1 Points 18½ 88.0%

Runner-up Nicholas Pilkiewicz P16 W11 L2 D3 Points 12½ 78.1%

Grading Prize A Paul McLoughlin P21 W11 L7 D3 Points 12½ 59.5%

Grading Prize B David Collins P21 W12 L7 D2 Points 13 61.9%

Steve Scannell scored 8½ out of 10 (W8 L1 D1) but did not play enough games to qualify for a prize. 19 competed, all but 3 playing at least the minimum number of games required.
