Times: 7:30pm to 10:30pm.
The event will be UCU rated and FIDE rules will apply.
This is a free entry event, spread over six rounds on league-free weeks throughout the 2022/2023 season.
The 3 Sam Lynn memorial shields will be awarded to the Champion, Intermediate Champion and Junior Champion. These are perpetual shields the club had made in 2002, following the death that year of their club legend Sam Lynn RIP, one of the original members from when the club when it began in 1965.
Players will be paired on the night, in a similar fashion to the UCU Summer Tournament. Please arrive by 7:15pm to be included in the pairings.
To enter the competition, please book a place by 7pm on Thursday 22nd September. The club has enough equipment to host 30 players.
