After 16 weeks of the Summer tournament we have 3 remaining weeks how do things stand?

We have had 16 weeks of exciting chess. With some 48 players and some 187 games of chess. There are 3 sections and the scores are the percentage of wins. Players must play 10 games and there are special rules for the last 3 weeks. How do things stand?

With only 3 rounds left the special rules kick in : Players must play 2 of the last 3 rounds - I list the rules for the details:

Rules
1. Players must complete 10 games to be considered for prizes.
2. If a player does not play in two of the last three rounds they will be assumed to have played and lost 2 games. If they play only one then they will forfeit one game.
3. However if a player has played 14 or more games then they are exempt from rule 2.
4. Scores will be calculated on a percentage basis.

please note also that on the last Weds of Sept we have the prize giving and a fun time handicaped rapidplay - all welcome.

The ratings listed here are those at the start of the competition - and were used for pairings so I keep them until the end.

Ethan Cole is leading the Senior section with a fantastic score of 10 our of 13 games, this also means he is leading the competition with 76.9%. Having played some of the top players and won. Chasing in this section are Shane Keers and Robert Wright but its difficult to see his lead from being taken from him.

Second in the overall tournment is Pat McKillen with a percentage of 72.2%.
