The Summer Tournament: Last Week: Prize-Giving and mini Tournament
The UCU Summer Tournament is open to all chess players and provides regular competitive chess during the summer months when many chess clubs are closed. The last weds of the Summer tournament consists of the Prize-Giving and an active tournament.

A fun tine weighted tournament - the larger the difference in ratings between players the more time the lower rated player gets on the clock - each game is 20mins but could be split 10mins:10min.or at the other extreme 2mins:18mins.

Start Time 7:45pm
Format Swiss. Time on your clock will depend on the difference of the players ratings. The higher your oppositions rating the more time you get and less time they have.
Entry Fee £2 please have exact money.
Followed by prize giving.
