Keeping our pattern from previous years, the tourney will be organised as follows:

Entrance Fees

£10 registration.

Masks/Face covering mandatory. Please to not attend if you have any covid symptons.

Please note with this weeks announcement in changes to Government Coivd rules;

"If attending an event in one of our function rooms your Covid Status Check will be carried out at The Pavilion Reception. 

COVID STATUS CHECK

Anyone wishing to attend Whistles Bar and Restaurant or a Pavilion event aged 18 and over, will need to provide one of the following before entering:

• ·         Proof of full vaccination, with the second dose having been given at least 14 days earlier. Acceptable forms of proof include Covid immunisation record cards, COVIDCert NI certificates, and any official documentation from outside Northern Ireland such as the EU Digital Covid Certificate or the NHS Covid Pass.
• ·         Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test taken no more than 24 hours in advance. This will be in the form of an official SMS message which you will receive after completing and registering your Lateral Flow Test result at https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
• ·         Proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for Covid issued between 30 and 180 days earlier. Any self-isolation period must have elapsed before entering the Complex."

Registration

Rounds

5 round Swiss starting at 1:30pm. 20+5 on the clock reckoning the last round  should finish before 6.00pm

Prize Fund

After expenses, admission fees will be distributed as 25% to Alan Burns Grand Prix, 25% to club fund, 50% prize fund on the day. Depending on the field, awards will include at least Winner, Runner-up and Grading prizes

Lunch

If interested please check in advance and let me know - I will check with the restaurant (unless you are an NCIS member) - due to Covid there may be a restriction to social club members only.
