This is a flexible format so players are not required to commit to all rounds. A half point travelling bye may be requested for rounds 1, 2 or 3.
Please note, this is a FIDE-rated event which is run through the Irish Chess Union [ICU] and therefore ICU membership is mandatory for participation.
