Keeping our pattern from last year, the tourney will be organised as follows:
Date: Sunday March 10th 2019.
Entrance Fees
£10 on the day, or £8 for advance earlybird registration. No other discounts available
Registration
Begins at 1:00pm for a 1:30pm start. Advance earlybird registration by email to the controller for a 20% discount
Rounds
5 round Swiss starting at 1:30pm. 20+5 on the clock reckoning the last round should finish around 6.00pm
Prize Fund
After expenses, admission fees will be distributed as 25% to Alan Burns Grand Prix, 25% to club fund, 50% prize fund on the day. Depending on the field, awards will include at least Winner, Runner-up and Grading prizes
Lunch
