Saturday April 21, 2018:
Pay entry fees: 9:45am-10:00am
Round 1: 10:15-11:05am
Round 2: 11:05-11:55am
Round 3: 12:00-12:50pm
Lunchbreak: 12:50-1:40pm
Round 4: 1:40-2:30pm
Round 5: 2:30-3:20pm
Round 6: 3:25-4:15pm
Prize-giving: 4:20-4:25pm. The President and Secretary of Falls Bowling Club will present the awards.
There will be two sections, divided after receiving entries. Prize fund will be published on the day, after all entry fees have been collected.
Time control:

25 minutes per player for all the moves. No increment.
Price:

£10 for adults
£5 for under 18s
Registration deadline:
12 noon on Thursday 19 April 2018. All names need to be inputted into the Swiss Master programme, ratings checked and the tournament divided into two sections based on the entries so please be respectful of this deadline to ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly.

Rules:

FIDE rules will apply. The second illegal move will result in the immediate loss of the game, provided your opponent still has mating material left on the board, otherwise a draw will be declared. Mobile phones must be switched off. If your mobile phone rings, you will automatically lose the game. The only exception to this rule is for doctors on call. They may keep their phone on silent (vibrate mode) provided they have informed the arbiters in advance of round 1 commencing.
