We are pleased to confirm another event this season - hosted this time by Lisburn Chess Club with special guest, Steve Scannell!
This is a casual event where we encourage female players to stop by to learn, play, and chat in a non-tournament space. We hope that by running these events we can further encourage female players to register for clubs and tournaments in Ulster, but also help them find a space where they can play non-competitive chess outside a club setting.
The event will run Saturday 3rd February between 11am and 2pm and is completely free of charge thanks to being able to run at UCU venues. Huge thanks to Lisburn Chess for accommodating us again.
