UCU Summer School places/British Blitz Belfast Qualifier/Ulster Championships (inc. Entry list)

With lots of brilliant chess acitivity going on all over Ulster. At Lisburn Chess Club and Bangor Chess Club and Newry (thanks to the brilliant Brendan Jamison) and GreenIsland Chess Club.

A tournment that attracted talented players from England last time we ran it. We have the UK Blitz Open Belfast Qualifier - the winners get the opportunity to play in the UK Blitz Open Championship. Last years Ulster Champion - Thomas Donaldson will be playing  in the British Championships in Torquay starting 13th August. We wish him all the best.
