Ulster Championships 2025 - Results

This year’s championships were held over the August Bank holiday at Lisburn Chess Club.

After a rocky start in being let down by our usual venue, the competition was moved fairly last minute to Lisburn Chess Club who graciously accommodated.

Given the smaller venue, Tournament Director, Karina Campbell, had to limit entries to ensure players were comfortable. A total of 44 players participated across two sections: senior and intermediate. We even welcomed some ICU players who made the trip up for the weekend!
