Ulster Championships 2025 at full capacity

This year's Ulster Championships are hosted at Lisburn Chess Club with a limited number of entrants and we can now confirm all spaces have been taken!

It has been a rocky start to the 2025-2026 season as we experienced a late change of venue from our usual QUB to Lisburn Chess Club.

The UCU is very grateful to Lisburn for hosting the tournament last minute!

As the venue is smaller than anticipated, entries have been capped to allow for a comfortable setting, especially with the recent heatwaves.

A list of entrants can be found below. Any entry requests received now will be placed on a waiting list with players contacted by Karina Campbell should any spaces become available.
