Annual General Meeting 2025/2026
The AGM will be held in person at Fruithill Chess Club on Monday 15th June 2026 at 7pm.
Venue: Falls Bowling Club, 63 Andersonstown Road Belfast. BT11 9AH
Any member wishing to put forward a motion or nominate a member for the Board, must do so before noon Monday 8th June 2026.
Submitted motions must be proposed by one member and seconded by another.
Please submit nominations and proposals to Pat McKillen.
